We will paddle from the west into Mount Pleasant, taking the "suggested overnight trip".  The cost is $?? per person canoe rental fee (figuring 2 people per canoe) plus $?? per person for food expenses for a total of $?? per person.  The permission form is below.  Completed permission forms and money need be brought to the May 13 troop meeting.

We will meet in the Asbury parking lot at 7:45 AM Saturday and depart at 8:00 AM.  Participants should pack separately in a waterproof bag, perhaps a small garbage bag, that they can tie to the canoe, a sack lunch for Saturday, a full canteen/water bottle, sunscreen, insect repellent, rain jacket, towel, etc.  We will return to the Asbury parking lot late Sunday afternoon.  We will call from Mount Pleasant when we leave there with our approximate arrival time.
